At Beautifully You Counseling, we are committed to providing compassionate and effective support for individuals struggling with eating disorders, OCD, and trauma. Getting Started

How this all works:

Step 1: Consultation Call

Submit a form HERE and someone from our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule a free, 15 minute consultation phone call with you to explain the process.

Step 2: Submit Forms

You will receive forms via email that will allow us to start the process! Once you submit those forms, your first session can be scheduled.

Step 3: Schedule Sessions

Once you have completed the consultation call and forms, your first session can be scheduled. This intake session allows us to get to know you better and start the therapeutic process moving forward.

Eating Disorders

Anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder, orthorexia, ARFID, disordered eating, and body-image.

We understand the complexities of eating disorders and body image in recovery, and tailor our approach to meet the individual needs of each client. We'll dig into your core beliefs shaping how you see yourself and the world around you, and explore your past experiences to understand how they've influenced your outlook. We'll find which values align with your true self, guiding you towards a more authentic you. More importantly, we will use the strength already within you to tackle and overcome unhelpful behaviors, paving the way for self-discovery and lasting well-being.

For the treatment of eating disorders, we utilize different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Harm Reduction methods.

OCD & Anxiety Disorders

Struggling with an anxiety disorder can feel like you are always living in fight or flight. It can be so challenging to know what is real and what is perceived, especially when the emotions feel so real. It can also be terrifying to open up and talk about this, especially when it feels like no one understands. We do! Through exposures and skills that target the strength you have always had within you, we will work on taking back the power you deserve over your life.

Sessions often include identifying obsessions and compulsions, fears surrounding current obsessions, and safe, realistic ways to expose and face fears utilizing different modalities such as Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Harm Reduction.
